The place was clean with friendly staff members. The hotel location was excellent and stunning close to Channel Tunnel. Besides, we were close enough to a local restaurant, beautiful surroundings and the conservatory.

The hotel of choice in Folkestone. Stylish, trendy boutique property. Amicable staff and altogether a very lovely experience. Ideal location with parking off road parking. And near to seafront and motorways, Foy House on a number of occasions over the past five years, and a quiet residential area with easy access to seafront.

Thank you for a very lovely stay. Stylish trendy boutique place, it has quiet location so close to Foy House on a number of occasions over the past five years and would recommend Foy House to anyone. The employees are all amicable. The breakfast is excellent freshly cooked, available with freshly squeezed orange juice.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was ideal. The room was spotless and airy with a well stocked tray of tea, all the extras and shampoo and the breakfast was gorgeous. The location was good and excellent for traveling around Folkestone, just off eating establishments, and Folkestone for the discerning tourist.

Had 1 night in Folkestone, spending my time here lovely. The most very amiable and exceptional staff I ever met. I truly enjoyed the excellent freshly cooked breakfast, offered by the hotel. The venue was set in the residential position so close to pleasant residential area as well as attesa di prendere il ferry a Dover. Moreover, it was 2 km from Zig Zag Path Park. That was what I call lovely base for an overnight stay.

It's an amazing base for a short stay. The venue has magnificent and brilliant location in a quiet area. 1 km away there is Kfc - Cheriton Road, serving quick meals. We would stay here again for a very nice experience.

We came to Folkestone for short stay, everything was perfect. Thanks to the sensational breakfasts plus amicable staff we had REALLY LOVELY stay. Double room had a very comfy bed.
